The transition from an energy supply based on fossil fuels to more renewable energy sources has a huge impact. To achieve our climate goal, we are triggered by the debate about the optimal use of renewable energy sources at the lowest 'Total Cost of Ownership', taking into account the spatial preconditions. 

We contribute to the smart integration of energy production and distribution, paying particular attention to a balanced connectivity between supply and demand. The possibilities in terms of energy transhipment and energy transition are also included in this. Together we build smart energy landscapes, making the transition to a low-carbon energy supply.

Setting up sustainable energy supply networks or Smart Grids is a challenge for the future. The supply pattern of many forms of sustainable energy does not always overlap with the energy demand pattern. Our team therefore develops and produces new concepts for the decentralised production of energy, making optimum use of every energy flow (including residual heat).

We help our customers to explore the potential of sound energy management in addition to developing technical solutions. We develop integrated total projects for area developments that are innovative in terms of energy, the environment, the social mix, and mobility.

An energy audit offers an insight into energy consumption and possible energy-saving measures. We study organisational, constructional and technical measures, determining the most feasible and interesting applications. We attach great importance to effective measurements of comfort and efficiency, because optimum adjustments can result in significant financial gains.

As a certified energy expert, Antea Group draws up energy plans and studies for various sectors. We also provide optimum support for the mandatory audit for large companies.

The increased energy demand and the climate goals have resulted in a steady rise of sustainable energy technologies for the development of the city/factory of the future. 

• As an 'owner’s engineer', we determine the right energy concept, together with the stakeholders. We then design and build it working in a construction team with the contractor.
• Being an independent party, we are tasked with verifying the proper functioning of this technology during the commissioning phase, to ensure that the intended return is effectively achieved.

In addition to the technical aspect, we are also responsible for permits and the involvement of the various actors.
